Our company has obtained ISO9001 certification for our quality management system, which has been running effectively for an extended period.
We adhere strictly to product process control procedures in our manufacturing process to ensure that each stage of production is under control. Our product quality process control covers various aspects such as the casting process, machining process, assembly and painting process, as well as packaging and shipping process.
Quality control in the casting process includes inspection and maintenance of molds, molding, coating, melting, chemical composition analysis, pouring, sand cleaning, heat treatment, and polishing, etc.
Quality control in the machining process includes ensuring the availability and functionality of machining equipment, optimizing numerical control machining programs, conducting process inspections, and inspecting and maintaining measuring instruments.
Quality control in the assembly and painting process includes pre-assembly part cleaning, bearing assembly, gap detection and adjustment, surface coating, and more.
Quality control in the packaging and shipping process includes classifying customer products before packaging, conducting final inspections before product packaging, categorizing and packaging products, and verifying the shipment contents with the delivery note before shipment.

Hongchang Pump has established a complete management system and passed the certification of ISO9001:2015 quality management system, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system, and ISO45001:2018 occupational health and safety management system.
Quality management ensures that the entire process, from raw material intake to finished product delivery, is fully controlled. Each process has dedicated inspectors who are responsible for quality supervision, inspection, and monitoring and managing quality records. A unique quality file is established for each component and recorded in the company's ERP system for traceability, enabling the company to track the history of each part.

Hongchang is committed to the processing of complete slurry pumps and high-chromium wear-resistant castings (slurry pump parts). The products are mainly sold as standard items but can also be customized according to customer requirements.
